Welcome to Promptitude! If you've received an invitation to join your organization's account, you're on your way to enhancing your productivity alongside your team. However, if you already have a free Promptitude account, there are a couple of scenarios you might encounter when trying to accept this invitation.

🔹 Existing Account with a Different Email
If the email address you used for your free account is different from the one in the invitation, follow these steps:
1. Log out of your current account:
Before you click on the invitation link, make sure you are logged out of your existing Promptitude account. This prevents any automatic redirection to your free account.
If you haven't yet logged out...
2. Use a different browser or incognito mode:
Open a new browser or an incognito window to accept the invitation. This ensures that your session doesn’t default to your existing account credentials.
Now, click on the invitation link. You should be able to accept the invitation without being redirected to your free account.
🔹 Existing Account with the Same Email
If your free account and the organization invitation use the same email address, here’s what you need to do:
1. Try the invitation with another email:
Promptitude doesn't allow two accounts under the same email address. Communicate to the owner of the organization to make the invitation with a different email than the one you have registered in Promptitude.
If this is not possible...
2. Delete your free account:
You'll need to delete your existing free account to free up the email address. You can do this by going into your account settings and selecting the option to delete your account.

Check Your Spam Folder:
Sometimes, invitation emails can be mistakenly filtered into your spam folder. If you haven't received an invitation, it's worth checking there.
