Consequences of Closing Your Organization Account
Before you proceed with closing your account, it's crucial to understand the implications:
๐น Impact on Team Members: Closing the organization will affect all team members invited to the organization. All related information and profiles of the invited users will be deleted. Only the organization owner can perform this action.

๐น Emails for New Signups: The emails of the organization's users can be used again to make a new signup after the closing, as they will no longer be linked to Promptitude.

๐น Deletion of Associated Data: API key integrations, prompts, logs, content, and the users associated with your account will be deleted when you close the organization account. This action cannot be undone.

๐น Notification to Active Members: An automatic email will be sent to active members of the organization notifying them of the organization closure.

To close your organization account, follow these steps:
Check Your Subscription: Before closing your account, ensure that you don't have an active paid plan. If you do, remember to cancel it first in "Manage your Subscription" on the plan page.
Please be sure to cancel your payment plan in advance. Once your account is closed, you will lose immediate access to Promptitude, therefore, you will not be able to log in to the plan page to perform this action.
