We understand that you may be experiencing some difficulties when trying to upload a PDF to our Content Storage. Currently, our system is optimized for text-based documents, which means it may not be able to process certain types of PDFs, specifically print-ready or vectorized PDFs.

However, we're actively working on expanding our file support to accommodate a wider range of document types.

Print-ready PDFs are typically created for high-quality printing and often contain vector graphics or images. These files are not currently supported because our system is optimized for text-based content.

However, we understand the importance of expanding our file support to accommodate a wider range of document types. We are actively working on adding support for print-ready PDFs and similar file formats to our Content Storage. We anticipate that this feature will be available in the near future, allowing you to upload and process a broader variety of documents.

In the meantime, we recommend converting your print-ready PDFs to text-based formats (e.g., plain text, Word documents) if possible. This will ensure that you can use our Content Storage effectively for your text-based content.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay tuned for updates on our expanding feature set in Promptitude.
