Once you've set up an integration and created an integration folder, you can:
Import new content from your connected application as frequently as needed

Promptitude gives you full control over your integrations:
Remove an integration: This completely removes the authentication information while preserving the content you've already imported
Disconnect an integration: This disables the connection to the external application without losing core data or content mapping. When disconnected, other users in your organization won't see the integration enabled and will need to re-authenticate to reconnect

At this stage, our integrations allow you to import content but not yet sync it automatically. However, automatic syncing is on our development roadmap and will be available in future updates.
