Navigate to your prompt in Promptitude
Click the "Design" button in the top right corner
In the pop-up window, select the "Form" tab
Toggle the "Wizard Mode" switch to activate it
Once activated, you'll notice that two default steps are automatically created for you. This gives you a starting point to customize your multi-step form.
Creating and Customizing Steps
After enabling "Wizard Mode", you can fully customize the structure of your form:

In the left column of the Design window, you'll see your initial steps. To customize:
Add new steps by typing each one in the input field.
Name each step meaningfully (e.g., "Basic Information," "Project Details," "Final Confirmation")
Press Enter to save each step name
2️⃣ Distribute Your Inputs Across Steps
The right column displays tabs representing each step you've created. Here's how to organize your form inputs:
Review all inputs that were previously in your single-page form
Click the arrow next to each input
Select the step where you want that particular input to appear
Continue until all inputs are distributed across your steps
3️⃣ Organize Inputs Within Each Step
For each step, you can further refine the user experience:
Reorder inputs within a step by dragging them up or down
Group related inputs together for logical flow
Ensure each step has a coherent theme or purpose
